Becoming Catholic

If you are an adult who would like to become Catholic and have not been baptized, or have been baptized in a different Christian faith tradition, then OCIA (previously known as RCIA) is for you! Sessions are held usually 2 Thursday a month at 7:00pm from September to May. If you are inquiring about becoming Catholic, please attend our Inquiry Day on August 28th at 7pm.

Teens in middle/high school who would like to become Catholic and who have never been baptized, or have been baptized in a different Christian faith tradition may register for our OCIA prep for teens. This is a 2 year program which prepares teens to receive the Sacrament of Baptism (or make a Profession of Faith if baptized Christian), Eucharist, and Confirmation. After becoming fully initiated in the church they will also receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Sessions are held usually 2 Wednesday's a month from 6:30pm-8pm. There is a yearly tuition of $100 for this program.

Children age 7 and older who would like to become Catholic and who have never been baptized, or have been baptized in a different Christian faith tradition may register for our OCIA prep for children. This is a 2 year program which prepares children to receive the Sacrament of Baptism (or make a Profession of Faith if baptized Christian), Eucharist, and Confirmation. After becoming fully initiated in the church they will also receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Sessions are held usually 2 Wednesday's a  month from 6:30pm-8pm.
