Becoming Catholic

If you are an adult who would like to become Catholic and have not been baptized, or have been baptized in a different Christian faith tradition, then OCIA (previously known as RCIA) is for you! Sessions are held every other Thursday at 7:00pm from August to June. If you are inquiring about becoming Catholic, please reach out at anytime of the year to learn more. For those who decide they are ready to become Catholic, there is a yearly tuition of $75 for this program.

Teens in middle/high school who would like to become Catholic and who have never been baptized, or have been baptized in a different Christian faith tradition may register for our OCIA prep for teens. This is a 2 year program which prepares teens to receive the Sacrament of Baptism (or make a Profession of Faith if baptized Christian), Eucharist, and Confirmation. After becoming fully initiated in the church they will also receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Sessions are held every other Wednesday from 6:30pm-8pm. There is a yearly tuition of $100 for this program.

Children age 7 and older who would like to become Catholic and who have never been baptized, or have been baptized in a different Christian faith tradition may register for our OCIA prep for children. This is a 2 year program which prepares children to receive the Sacrament of Baptism (or make a Profession of Faith if baptized Christian), Eucharist, and Confirmation. After becoming fully initiated in the church they will also receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Sessions are held every other Wednesday from 6:30pm-8pm. There is a yearly tuition of $100 for this program.
